We began working in Belize in the last part of 2014. VMOA decided to jointly work with other ministries that had an interest in Belize and this gave rise to a new convention called the Southern Baptist of Belize. Our first and foremost objective was to provide an education for the pastors.

The five initiatives we strive to meet are education, food distribution, medical care, community involvement, and a sense of awakening among the churches.

January 2017

The recent trip to Belize was wonderful. The Harmonyville project is going well and the workers are doing a great job. We have filed with the government in Valley of Peace to build a church there as well. We are working on construction of a roof at Jordon and one at Big Falls. We are planning a grand opening for the newest church. Also during this trip we had six people to make profressions of faith and two more churches talk about joining our group.

December 2016

Starting in January, we will be completing a house and commencing construction of a new church in Harmonyville, Belize. We are growing the Kingdom of God one church at a time.
